Project: Master Plan Design Competition
for The African Village Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Client: African Union ZIAS envisioned the African Union Village as a cultural and recreational hub. ZIAS’s design for the grounds includes a basketball court, outdoor and indoor café and restaurants, bookstores, tennis courts, assembly halls, outdoor swimming pools and an observation tower. Aesthetic and structural elements reflective of Africa’s rich culture weave through the different facilities of the campus. |
