Built up area: 70,000 sq.m ZIAS was among a group of consultants that undertake design, project management and construction monitoring for this regional police college. ZIAS’s design entailed a series of buildings housing classrooms, a library, museum, administrative offices, multipurpose hall, dormitory, soccer field and swimming pool. Keeping in mind the spectacular mountainous vista surrounding the campus, the design team incorporated broad windows as a consistent feature across buildings. This, in addition to the spacious walking routes throughout the complex, provides an ideal environment for students to balance out the intensive nature of their training. |
