The project is the construction of two separate buildings, one an OPD Annex, which is a Ground + Structure to house services related to HIV care on the ground Floor, supporting laboratory services on the first floor and the other an OR addition to existing Maternity and Labor facility. The OPD Annex building will have one elevator the size of which is big enough to accommodate stretchers. The building will be equipped with HVAC in selected rooms with HVAC equipment installed on the roof.
