Built up area: 11,000 sq.m ZIAS designed an office campus for one of Ethiopia’s oldest and most prominent tour operators. The complex includes office blocks for NTO’s staff and a G +1 parking garage for the company’s large fleet of vehicles. A five-story guesthouse is tucked away in a secluded area on the campus. Once complete, this guesthouse will accommodate tourists year round. |
